Hand-crafted structure in steam-bent solid plywood, with legs made of refined wood, which can be decorated (on request) with hand set stones and ornaments. Upholstered in imitation leather with prestigious buttoning (using an early padding method that makes the item even more exclusive). Removable and washable microfber cover, elegantly attached to the chair by stylish fastening points, useful for positoning the cushioning correctly.

STRUCTURE
A core of plywood bent by hand with the aid of steam and pressure force leads to the shape of Florence. The skilled hands of the master carpenters then define every single detail by hand.
The expert upholsterer will cover everything with selected leathers, creating the classic motifs of the capitonnè style. Each fold that delimits the rhombus geometric figures, is curled by hand and stopped by metal buttons covered with the chosen leather.
LEGS
The legs are made from Italian solid wood which is accurately crafted on the lathe.
Ninety per cent of Superfine products use wood which comes from sustainable pruning, carefully avoiding any detrimental effects on the plant. This, of course, requires a longer working process, but is coherent with the philosophy of the brand.
CUSHIONING
Cushioning is made from fire resistant rubber, shaped by hand and covered by a tailor made cotton cushion case that, in turn, has an outer cover in stain-proof microfibre. The Superfine logo is embroidered on each cushion.
