Superfine was founded in 2011 by the designer Paolo De Anna, wishing to combine his great passions: nature and animals, and design.

The objective of Superfine is to revolutionise the world of Pet accessories, creating objects which, while keeping their original functions, become part of the home, giving a touch of originality and style and creating an atmosphere of “natural comfort”.

Paolo’s work has been recognised in the Press a number of times. The Telegraph and Posh Dog have written articles praising the originality of Superfine’s idea, after having visited important Trade Fair events such as Maison & Objet in Paris.

It is clear to Paolo that the future of the brand lies in the creation of items which are both, functional and aesthetically innovative to be a part of home decor.
Great attention is given to the original inspiration of the design; living an outdoor life, Paolo finds inspiration for his designs, while walking in the woods. He is the potential ideal partner for Hotellerie, Design Concept Stores and Interior Design Shops.

Every Superfine object is the result of an extensive research of the materials used, mingling and working them in a natural way, to give them a new life.

Paolo’s ideas and projects are interpreted and realised by a small network of craftsmen from Veneto who have always been totally dedicated to the productions of high quality objects.

Each product is individually made, with no industrial production involved, and is numbered and produced in a limited edition.

Paolo likes to remember that his work is inspired by the words of Gustav Mahler:

“Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire”
